Delivery
In Melbourne Metro
- Fixed price of $10.00 inc GST.
- Orders over $100 will not incur a delivery charge.
- Delivery can be expected within 36 hours from time of order, subject to the availability of stock.
In Victoria
- Fixed price of $20.00 inc GST.
- Delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 working days from time of order, subject to the availability of stock.
All other areas
- Customer will be contacted 24 hours after placing order and advised of delivery charge.
- Deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Returns
- Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
- If goods purchased are faulty please contact us to arrange for the return of item for replacement. Email: sales@melbournecleaningsupplies.com.au or call (03) 9880 7333.
- If you receive item and it is not as described you may return item within 7 days of purchase. Once item is received we will assess reason for return and credit if necessary.
- If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us to arrange the exchange of items.
